Charles Carroll Associates ltd. began the practices of accounting, taxation, management consulting and legal services in 1996. Our first offices were in Long Beach, California. After two years in Long Beach we moved to our present location in Los Angeles.

Our Managing director is Jon Schillinger, C.A., Esq. (know as "Jake" to his friends and children at Camp Ronald Mc Donald for Goodtimes). Mr. Schillinger is an experienced Accountant having spent several years with Ernst & Young in Los Angeles and a Legal Professional with extensive contract, corporation and tax experience. Mr. Schillinger attended California State University (Northridge) and Southwestern University School of Law, he has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration emphasis in both Accounting and Real Estate, and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence.

Mr. Schillinger distinguished himself in college by playing NCAA football (Defensive Back) and was a Dean's List graduate. In law school he was elected class president and served on the law review.

Mr. Schillinger is single, he currently lives in Westchester California, he is active in the area chamber of commerce, volunteers at Camp Ronald Mc Donald for Children with cancer and the Beach Cities Health District. For recreation he enjoys running, skiing, volleyball and sailing his 30 foot sailboat, the "Point-of-Sail"
