to provide full charge bookkeeping services in addition to accounting
and tax services. All bills are paid by Charles Carroll Associates and
sent to the owner for signature. Charles Carroll Associates obtains the
POS information and bank statements with which to produce monthly financial
statements and other reports for management to retain a good grasp of
the financial condition of the business. Payroll is professionally managed
through Paycycle Solutions, using direct deposit so once the owners approve
the time sheets from the POS system the payments are made by the FREE

Due to local access ordinances, requiring low counter heights, the placement of the cash drawers under the processor and touch-screen elevates the work height of the screen and keypad by 8" creating a better ergonomic environment. The CRE Enterprise software allows the headquarters office to receive daily updates on sales and make global price changes as well as share customer information. Custom reports were created to detail sales of various items which had different commission payments. The time punch function allowed better control of employee hours worked. video systems were installed significantly reducing inventory shrinkage
